We connected with Dr. Laura Nezworski an OB/GYN at Hennepin County Medical Center to learn more about how to move your body during pregnancy. Here are a few of Dr. Nezworski's tips:

- Seek out support from a physical therapist to tailor your workouts to what your body needs. Most insurance and Medicaid will cover physical therapy during pregnancy.
